How EvidenceReady handles review enquiries, commercial engagements and controlled evidence work.
A practical boundary
The public enquiry form is for a short commercial conversation only. Please do not include service-user records or sensitive evidence. A secure evidence route is arranged only after an engagement is agreed.
EvidenceReady is a trading name of Nubariks Dynamics Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16931133). Nubariks Dynamics Ltd is the controller of personal data used for the EvidenceReady website and commercial journey. Its registered office is 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
We may collect contact and organisation details supplied in a review enquiry, including your name, work email, phone number, service context, preferred contact details and the evidence question you describe. After an engagement is agreed, we may process workspace/account details, agreed provider evidence, communications, case administration records and report or correction information needed to deliver and support the service.
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess whether the service is a suitable fit, agree and administer an engagement, provide controlled evidence review and provider-safe outputs, support corrections or deletion requests, maintain service security and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Depending on the context, we process personal data to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, to perform an agreement, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure, accountable professional service. Where consent is the appropriate basis, such as optional website analytics, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
Do not send service-user records, resident-identifiable information, staff files or other sensitive evidence through the public enquiry form or by ordinary email. If an engagement is agreed, we will provide a controlled route for the evidence in scope. Providers remain responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to share information with us and for limiting it to what is necessary for the agreed review.
We use carefully selected service providers to host, secure and operate the website and controlled service. They may process information on our behalf and may operate outside the UK. Where a transfer requires safeguards, we use the protections required by applicable data-protection law. This notice describes provider categories rather than publishing technical architecture.
We use controlled access and handling measures appropriate to the service. We retain enquiry, engagement and evidence information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, support, accountability and applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is handled through our retention and deletion controls. We do not promise deletion from every backup or archival copy on a fixed timetable.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To help us deal with a request safely, include only the information needed to identify the enquiry or engagement; do not include care records in an email.
Optional public-site analytics is used only where it is configured and you have given the relevant consent. It is not used to monitor private provider, workspace or report routes.
