Pilot terms

Practical terms for early EvidenceReady use.

Pilot boundary

These public terms explain the intended pilot boundary. They are not a full bespoke contract and may be supplemented by an agreed pilot scope before paid work starts.

Service description

EvidenceReady provides evidence-readiness support for regulated providers and consultants. The service helps organise provider-held records into source-linked readiness reports, reviewed gaps, action priorities and clear limitations.

Evidence-readiness support only

EvidenceReady supports inspection preparation, governance review and evidence organisation. It is not a regulator, inspection body, compliance certifier or replacement for professional judgement.

No legal or regulatory advice

EvidenceReady does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice or a formal compliance determination. Providers remain responsible for decisions, records, submissions and actions.

No inspection outcome guarantee

Reports and readiness signals do not predict ratings, guarantee inspection outcomes or promise that findings will improve. They show what uploaded evidence appears to support within the agreed scope.

Payment and scope confirmation

For pilot work, the review scope, price, payment route, timing, support contact and any refund expectations are confirmed before paid work starts. This website does not provide self-serve checkout.

Upload and data handling boundary

Providers should upload only evidence needed for the agreed review. Upload links should be treated as private case capabilities and shared only with authorised people.

Report limitations

Provider-facing reports are prepared for evidence-readiness planning. They may include source references, reviewed findings, actions, methodology and limitations, but should not be treated as official inspection guidance.

Cancellation and refund expectations

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund expectations and support response times are confirmed in the pilot scope because evidence volume, urgency and review depth vary between engagements.
